In this variant , everything in the EAM process looks good.
This is the “Happy path” and represents 1 of 125 variants which covers 34% of the cases
So the question is, what happened in the other 66% of cases ?

The 100% view of your process is quite surprising the first time you see it. The key points to note from the 100% view are;
Most of the process variants are never considered but they still happen. This is the ghost in the machine. You know something is wrong with the process but you can't see it
